File Management

There are considerable improvements in the management of all IFP file types. These include:

• A new folder structure e.g. Data Options files are stored in the folder “Data Options” with subfolders for each report type. Users may create their own structure within these folders e.g.:
  • Data Options\AnalysisVsTime\Primary\
  • Data Options\AnalysisVsTime\Speciality
• Standard file names. Files are now named exactly as users decide e.g. PY Actual vs CY Plan.ifp
• View and Edit the contents of each file e.g. the Packaged Report “CY Plan Primary by Month” consists of:
  • Data Options: CY Plan by Month
  • Item Options: Primary by Product Group Euros
  • Default Font: Arial 10pt
• Add/Insert/Copy/Delete available for all file types using the File Manager

The above features apply to each of the following: Data Options, Item Options, Packages, Report Definitions, CrossTab Definitions, Graph Options, IFP Projects.
