The new Data File Manager console allows configuration of all database data
files (e.g. Actual, Forecast, Local Cost files) from a single Windows
Explorer-like view. Files for each type are listed by year and
administrators can edit, add, delete and copy files, as well as import and
export data from this console.
IFP2 data file types have been replaced with a file suffix, which is
no longer restricted to 0-99, allowing for custom suffices such as
"PL10".
